Overview
We are seeking a dynamic professional to fill a dual role as Executive Assistant and Retail Marketing Coordinator. This position will support our executive leadership while managing critical retail marketing initiatives across the Americas region.
Responsibilities
Executive Assistant (40%)
- Manage CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
- Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items
- Assist in the development of presentations, reports, and handle various administrative tasks
- Support special projects and respond to ad hoc requests as needed
Retail Marketing (60%)
In-store Signage
- Build and maintain relationships with local print vendors to produce seasonal and promotional signage
- Coordinate with US warehouse to manage signage allocations and ensure timely distribution to stores throughout the Americas
- Respond to and facilitate ad hoc signage printing requests
Mall Marketing and Partnerships
- Collaborate with mall landlords to identify and leverage in-mall marketing opportunities, including digital displays and mall events
- Work closely with mall marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and maximize visibility in mall campaigns
- Assist in planning and executing retail activations, with particular focus on new store openings
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Experience in retail marketing or visual merchandising preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and presentation software
- Detail-oriented with ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Additional Information
This position requires occasional travel to retail locations and flexibility to support retail initiatives during peak seasons.
