As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing fulfillment operations in the US Warehouse, including staff supervision, performance tracking, and process optimization. This role involves managing warehouse functions, setting operational KPIs, and handling analytics and reporting to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Team Leaders within the Distribution Center (DC) specialize in different operational areas, including Inbound, Picking, Outbound, E-commerce, and BOH/Fixtures. Additional responsibilities include administrative and stock control to maintain seamless workflow and inventory management.
Responsibilities:
Order Picking & Product Movement
• Pick and pack orders accurately.
• Manage order fulfillment and returns.
• Prepare performance reports.
