Associate Digital Merchandise Manager

As an Associate Digital Merchandise Manager, you will be a strategic partner leading product catalog merchandising strategy, governance, and syndication. Utilizing product and project management tools, you will facilitate growth across global sites and deliver a multi-platform customer experience.

Responsibilities:

What Your Impact Will Be:

  • Support the Head of eCommerce & Director in achieving annual goals with an emphasis on site and product authoring for multiple global sites.
  • Serve as a flexible resource for trade teams and cross-functional partners, including marketing, buying, and creative teams.
  • Build strong relationships with executive leadership as a credible business partner.
  • Serve as the expert for Lovisa site authoring and relevant inputs, including workflow optimizations, translation processes, technology expertise, and data fidelity.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of eCommerce strategic objectives, priorities, customer experience, decision-making processes, and KPIs.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting digital eCommerce decks and other presentations as needed.
  • Ensure that product comps and content, including assets, videos, and product copy, are tracked and provided by the team by due dates.
  • Support business by planning content for new launches and promotions that support omni-channel efforts. Update and maintain the Global Trade Planner to reflect all Lovisa priorities.
  • Outline homepage content, including priority messaging, secondary messaging, value ranking, and category support breakout.
  • Pursue opportunities to ensure maximum homepage/category page exposure and EDMs.
  • Monitor churn risk and make recommendations for linking and messaging to support products or categories specific to at-risk customers.
  • Maintain and guide navigation optimization and personalization for desktop and mobile using relevant resources (e.g., GA4, Clarity, and Cart) to enhance customer experience.
  • Act as a crucial partner of the UX and UI Team to identify and prioritize A/B testing opportunities to advance Lovisa’s PDP/PLP and navigation content strategy.
  • Continuously define and deploy operational efficiencies to support key business objectives and automation with a global-to-local mindset.
  • Drive brief development, campaign initiation, and execution processes, including writing briefs for projects and ensuring campaigns are properly set up in various tools.
  • Conduct frequent homepage and product page audits to ensure accuracy for site flips.
  • Recap and share campaign overviews and performance updates with business stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment across the organization.

Additional Expectations:

  • Collaborate with global teams, requiring flexibility with working off-hours to accommodate international time zones.
  • Stay updated on and implement digital eCommerce best practices.

Required Skills:

  • 4 years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with MS Office, specifically in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization).
  • Proficiency in Shopify and GA4 preferred.
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
